With the new year upon us, many people are focusing on coming up with actually achievable goals. Here’s a list of actually achievable goals for 2025!
- Spend more time with families and friends
This year, spend more time with your friends and family. Plan a day at least once a month to spend with them. Do things like going on a hike or trying a new restaurant!
- Focus more on self care
Taking care of yourself should always be a number one priority. Take more time for yourself. Take a mental health day if you need to; how you feel should be a priority over anything else!
- Develop a Hobby
Find something you can do in your spare time. Read a book, bake, or begin to learn a new language. Hobbies aren’t meant to be hard, rigorous activities; they are simply something you can do in your spare time that appeals to your interests.
- Learn to cook or bake
This year, take a few hours out of your night or weekend to make a simple recipe. You can make anything simple, like cupcakes or spaghetti!
- Fix your sleep schedule
Every night, put away any screen at least an hour before bed, and try to pick a good time every night for you to go to sleep. Doing this every night will not only lead to better sleep but a more productive sleep schedule; you’ll be able to fit more into your day without having to stay up late at night.
