only to rise once more.
It is written
that the flower latest to bloom
will possess the brightest colors.
It is written
that the hearts of stone
have the softest cores.
It is written
that those who have the least
shall gain the most.
It is written
that those who suffer
shall prosper in the nearcomings.
It is written
that the Earth
will prosper once again.
It is written
that the heaviest of rains
bring the loveliest of flowers.
It is written
that the loneliest of souls
make the strongest humans.
Alas,
it is written,
but that does not make it true.
