Since 1965 Milford High School’s newspaper, The Scarlet, has published student works from feature articles to interviews while also covering sports, politics, and local school events. The Scarlet serves as an outlet for students who enjoy writing and want to publish their work for the school and community, while allowing creative space and opportunity to write about their individual interests. The literary magazine, A Hawk’s Tale, serves as an extension of The Scarlet specifically for creative pieces including poetry, art, and photography.
